Architecture begins with the body. How the body engages with a space allows one to place their being within the world. The chair is the most basic form of architecture. It engages the body at a simple level and acts as a tool that has the capacity to bring comfort into one's life.
Four planes support the body. A small, one centimeter sliver allows for the spine to rest with no turbulence from a solid form.
The structure begins to disappear and reappear at moments creating a conversation between solid structure and planar surface.
